As per the transparency rules of the Solicitors Regulation Authority, we disclose our fees pertaining to the processing and filing of certain applications. In compliance with these rules, we outline a range of our fixed fees and the services included below. Following the initial consultation, we will assess your enquiry and offer a fee quote within the specified range, reflecting the complexity of your application.

We can also provide assistance on an hourly rate basis, where preferred, and we will give you an estimate of the expected timeframes for completion at the beginning of our engagement.

Should you wish to have your application checked and do not require end-to-end assistance, we can provide an application checking service at a discounted rate.

Our fees for end-to-end assistance cover all the services below:

1. Accurately identify both the type of immigration application you should make and how your application should be structured for success;
2. Provide expert advice as to the requirements of the Immigration Rules, as well as any relevant Home Office policies and case-law;
3. Advise in detail as to the documentary evidence that you will need to submit in support of your immigration application, including any requirements in terms of the content and format of these documents;
4. Check all supporting documents for compliance with the requirements of the Immigration Rules and advise you as to any required or recommended amendments;
5. Complete the relevant immigration application form(s);
6. Draft a Cover Letter to support your application with any legal representations, where appropriate;
7. Prepare your application bundle for submission to the Home Office;
8. Submit your immigration application to the Home Office, upload your supporting documents to the Home Office and assist with the booking of a biometrics appointment;
9. Act as your agent for all correspondence with the Home Office, up to and including receipt of the decision on your immigration application;
10. Provide you with professional advice throughout the process by email, telephone or in-person as required;
11. Provide you with professional advice as to the next steps once you have received a decision on your immigration application. Please note that our legal fee does not cover any further applications, fresh applications, administrative review or appeal that you may be eligible to submit after you receive the decision on your application. We will however provide advice on post-outcome options and we will also provide our legal fees for further assistance, if applicable.
